Obituary of Mollye Glasgow

Mollye Ann Glasgow , age 72, of Lamar, Passed away Thursday July 31st at her home surrounded by her family after an extended illness. Mollye was born March 18, 1942 in Duncan , Oklahoma, to Oliver and Charolette (Box) Conn. She graduated from Washington High School with the class of 1960 and attended Kansas University where she met and married Gary Glasgow June 2nd , 1962, in the Danforth Chapel on the K U Campus. They moved to Lamar in the mid 70's and together the owned and operated "The Night Prowlers" a provider of custom parts for classic cars and trucks. She has always loved animals especially dogs and horses. She was an accomplished Equestrian from an early age and was a member of the American Quarter Horse Association. She loved the outdoors and enjoyed gardening and landscaping her yard. She is survived by her husband Gary of the home and her daughter Kim Riegel and husband Ted of Lee's Summit , Mo and two grandsons, Sterling and Logan Riegel. Mollye's family will receive friends on Sunday August 3rd from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at the Konantz Warden Funeral Home in Lamar. The family has asked that in Lieu of flowers the memorial gifts be given to Hospice Compassus or to the Trula Cain Memorial Dog Park in Lamar.
