Fay "Darlene" White went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 31, 2014. Darlene was born on July 2, 1942 and was 72 years old at the time of her passing. She was born to James and Fay Evans in Kenoma, Missouri. She married John White on July 24, 1964 in Lamar, Missouri. Darlene was a Certified Medical Assistant at work at Maple Senior Living Center in Lamar. She was a loving mother and wife and will be greatly missed. Her survivors include her husband, John of the home, son Mark White, daughters, Tammy Mora and Lisa Sprowel, Brother, Morris Evans, Sisters Fay Marlene and Fay Charlene. She also was blessed with 15 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren. Services for Darlene will be held at the Konantz Warden Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, September 5, 2014 at 2:00 pm. Burial to follow at Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 4, 2014 from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
The family suggests donations be sent to the funeral home in lieu of flowers to help with funeral expenses.
