Obituary of Mabel Willis

Mabel E. Willis, 89 of Lamar, Missouri passed away on Monday, October 13, 2014 surrounded by her loving family. Mabel was known for her kindness towards other people and was a loving individual to all those who knew her. She was known as "granny" to her grandchildren. Mable worked for many years as a bookkeeper for several businesses in Lamar. She was a member of Milford Christian Church. Visitation and service will be held at 1:00 pm one hour before her services that will begin at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at the Chapel of Konantz Warden Funeral Home. She will be buried at Cook Cemetery. She was married to Claude E. Willis and he passed away August 27, 1986. Her survivors include her children Beverly Clements and her husband Loyd, Dorothy "Dot" Julian and Ron Willis. Her Grandchildren, Rhonda Derryberry and husband Dean, Greg Burns and wife Kim, Joy Finley and husband Perry, Ted Clements and wife Casey, Kenda Dungan, Tracy Clements, Buddy Willis, Melinda Rice and husband Scott and Josh Willis. Her Great Grandchildren include, Delany, Lillanna, Austin, Ashley, Lexi, Junior, Sabra, Colt, Olivia, Jill, Jamie, Garrett, Trey, Alex, Ben, Hope, Hannah, Breanna, Bailey, Jordan, Colton, Chloe, Cesli, and Stryker. Her Great-Great Grandchildren in include, Jorney, Heatley, Andrew, JP, Paxton, Zain, Finley, Christian, and Brett, and a ton of honorary grandchildren.
