Shirley J. Heath, 77, Golden City, MO, passed away September 12, 2012. Shirley was born November 20, 1934 to John and Amy Leota (Thomas) James, Moundville, MO. Shirley married Loren Dee Heath, June 7, 1952 in Harrison, AR. They lived in California for a time and Webb City, MO. The majority of the time, they made their home in Golden City, MO where they owned and operated the Golden City Dairy Hut and Heath Roofing. Shirley liked animals, flowers and spending time outside. She very much enjoyed being a homemaker, spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was a member of the Family of God. Preceding Shirley in death are her husband, a son, Kenneth, a sister, Rosemary Hill, a brother, Ray James, and her parents. She is survived by sons Larry Heath and wife, Glenda, Golden City, MO; Brian Heath and wife, Dawn, Golden City, MO; Leland Heath, Golden City, MO; Michael Heath, Lamar, MO; daughter Sandy Schilling and husband, Jeff, Jasper, MO; thirteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; brother John James, Ponca City, OK; sister Rita Bray, Sheldon, MO. She will be missed by her family and many friends.
