Obituary of Jamie Humphries
James O’Neal Humphries (Jamie) passed away in his home in Lamar, MO on September 17, 2019. He was born May 7, 1971 to James E. Humphries and Ava (Brown) Humphries in Aberdeen, MS. He is a former resident of both Jasper, AL, and of Amory, MS.
Jamie is survived by his fiancé Machelle Oliver of Everton, MO, two stepchildren, Sheena Hart Oliver and Derek Oliver, six grandchildren; Raydn Hart, Mason Hart, Marissa Hart, Emma Oliver, Jordon Oliver and Kinsley Oliver. He is also survived by his father and stepmother, James E and Rose Humphries of Jasper, AL, mother Ava Copelin of Amory, MS, one sister Amanda Rader of Jasper, AL, one brother, John Curtis Humphries of Amory, MS, his grandmother, Jean Humphries of Jasper, AL, niece Haley Rader Boshell of Jasper, AL, nephew, Landon Rader of Jasper, AL and several other nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Hoyle Humphries, an aunt, Marilyn Pate, and his brother David Humphries.
