Obituary of Andrew Mast

Andrew Mast, age 93 of Summersville, Missouri, departed this life on December 8, 2021. He was born on June 21, 1928 at Burton, Ohio to the late Eli and Amanda (Yoder) Mast. On December 11, 1947 he married Malinda J. Mast who preceded him in death on December 11, 2003. To this union 6 children were born. He is survived by 3 sons and 1 daughter: Raymond (Sara Mae) Mast of Chili, Wisconsin, Eli (Rachel) Mast of Seymour, Missouri; Melvin (Miriam) Mast of Lamar, Missouri and Mary (Sanford) Schlabach of Summersville, Missouri also a son-in-law, Aaron Miller of Florence, Missouri, 31 grandchildren, 93 great grandchildren, and 1 great great granddaughter. Also surviving are 4 brothers and 4 sisters: Freeman Mast of Virginia, Dena Yoder of Ohio, Mary Ann Yoder of Kentucky, Ida Kauffman of Ohio, Ada Miller of Ohio, Eli Mast JR of Pennsylvania, Allen Mast of Kentucky and Albert Mast of Ohio. On January 1, 2007 Andrew married Sarah Miller who preceded him in death in October, 2013. Others preceding him in death were his parents, an infant son, daughter, Alma Miller, also brother and sisters, Lester Mast, William Mast, Susan Swartz and Esther Mast, 1 granddaughter and 3 great grandsons.
