Obituary of Dennis Anthony Boyer

Obituary Dennis Anthony Boyer, 52, of Sheldon, MO, passed away September 29, after a long and hard battle, he went peacefully in his sleep, surrounded by his family and friends. Dennis A. Boyer was born in Southern California to Bruce Boyer and Linda Cook on September 24, 1970. Music was his Passion and he was blessed to have worked in the industry as a young man; from private security at famous Hollywood Clubs, to private security, this experience prepared him to become a corrections officer. He always made a point to be there for anyone who needed him, friend or stranger and he believed there was always a reason to give someone a second chance. His motto was to treat every man with respect and he lived by it every day. Dennis is survived by his loving wife Rebecca Lynn Boyer and devoted Son Anthony Bruce Boyer, of Sheldon, MO and Marshfield, MO, respectively. He leaves behind his mother Linda Perez, brothers Loren Boyer, Tom Boyer and his Sister Theresa Perez, Nieces and nephews: Adrian and Audry Perez and Jacob and Kasey Boyer. He will be missed by his family, friends and neighbors. He is preceded in death by his Father Bruce Allen Boyer and his Paternal/Maternal Grandparents. In lieu of flowers, the family humbly requests donations to assist with the funeral expenses and medical bills. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Central Cancer Center in Bolivar Missouri for their dedication and compassion. His Family would also like to thank everyone for their prayers, kindness and support as Dennis was fighting so hard to beat such an aggressive disease. Without you, he would not have been able to fight as long as he did. We are grateful. The Boyer family will host a private Memorial Service
