Obituary of Bonnie Faye Graham

Bonnie Faye Graham passed into the loving arms of our Lord and Savior on Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at Good Shepherd Community Care and Rehab Center in Lockwood, MO. Bonnie was born March 25, 1939 to Glen S. Teel and Eva Lorene Teel at their home in Sheldon, MO. After graduating from Sheldon High School in 1957, Bon worked for Bell Telephone in Kansas City, MO, where she met her first husband Don Patterson. They had one child, Chris Patterson. While raising Chris, Bonnie cleaned homes, decorated cakes for customers, and sold Princess House crystal and Tupperware. Bon also lived for a while in Wichita, KS where she worked as a receptionist for various companies. Her pride and joy was her grandson Mason (son of Chris and wife Kelli) of St Joseph, MO. Bon married Larry Graham in California where she lived near her brother Jimmy Teel for a few years. Later, Bonnie and Larry moved back to Lamar, MO. There they created their own business, Graham Crafters, where they sold various handmade crafts. Bonnie and Larry attended Iantha United Methodist Church in Iantha, MO, where she was a member of the Women’s Division General Board of Global Ministries of the United Methodist Church. Bonnie had a large collection of Bibles which she thoroughly read and studied. Her only love surpassing that for her son and grandson was her love for God. She also expressed her great faith in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Bonnie is preceded in death by her spouse; parents; and brother Jimmy Teel. She is survived by her son Chris Patterson of St Joseph, MO; grandson Mason Patterson of St Joseph, MO; sisters Wanda Polinski of Wasau, WI and Jean Hauser of Lamar, MO; and many nieces and nephews. Memorial contributions may be made to the Good Endings program at Good Shepherd Community Care and Rehab Center in Lockwood, MO or Barton County Senior Center in Lamar, MO in care of the funeral home. A memorial service will be held at Konantz Warden Funeral Home in Lamar, MO on Friday June 23, 2023 at 10:00 AM.
