Well I can say I didn’t know him well. My brother is married to Shannon his daughter. Pops was a fun loving man. He never had a bad word to be said about anyone. Every time I seen him he was always laughing and cutting up with everyone. Even though I didn’t know him well he never treated me like a stranger. I was glad I got to see him back in May. Me and my daughter had come to visit and say hello to the family while we were in town. He was not feeling well that day but it didn’t keep him from carrying on a conversation for a few minutes. He was loved and will be missed. I am glad his family was with him for every last minute of his long life. Shannon and David were always there for him and he appreciated them for being the ones he could count on. He bragged on them every once in a while when he thought they weren’t listening. Peace be with you Pops! I am sure my Pops was there to help greet at the pearly gates so he could show you all the good fishing spots! Fly high!
